Dr. Brian D. Tracy

Dr. Brian Tracy is an optometrist who is committed to providing his patients caring, high quality eyecare, with an emphasis on maintaining a lifetime of the best possible eye health. Dr. Tracy obtained his degree of Doctor of Optometry from The Ohio State College of Optometry in 1995, and his degree of Bachelor of Science in Biology from The University of Toledo in 1991. Dr. Tracy co-founded Pickerington Eyecare in 1998. He is currently a member of the American Optometric Association, Ohio Optometric Association, Central Ohio Optometric Association, The Pickerington Area Chamber of Commerce, and Violet Baptist Church. In his free time Dr. Tracy enjoys spending time with his 6 kids, following Ohio State sports, golfing, playing softball with his church, and playing acoustic and bass guitar.

Dr. Douglas J. Ryen

Dr. Doug Ryen earned his Doctor of Optometry degree from The Ohio State University College of Optometry in 2000, and joined Pickerington Eyecare in 2001. While in optometry school, Dr. Ryen was a member of Beta Sigma Kappa Honor Society, Epsilon Psi Epsilon Optometry Fraternity, SVOSH, and American Optometric Student Association. His clinical training included an ocular disease externship at Commonwealth Eye Surgery in Lexington, Kentucky. Dr. Ryen is currently a member of the American Optometric Association, Central Ohio and Ohio Optometric Associations, and Pickerington Chamber of Commerce.Dr. Ryen is from Punxsutawney, Pennsylvania, home of the groundhog! He graduated from Penn State University in 1996 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology. He is an avid Nittany Lions and Steelers fan, and the Buckeyes when they are not playing Penn State. In his free time, he enjoys playing golf and other sports, landscaping, and spending time with his family.

Dr. Travis Storm

Dr. Travis Storm joined Pickerington Eyecare in 2009 after graduating with honors from The Ohio State University College of Optometry.  He is a native of the Ohio Valley, growing up in Glen Dale, West Virginia.  He received his Bachelor’s degree in Biology from Davis and Elkins College in Elkins, West Virginia where he and his wife, Janelle, were both Division II basketball players.   Dr. Storm is committed to providing the best family eye care possible.  He specializes in fitting contact lenses to meet the visual needs of any age or lifestyle.  He also focuses on treating eye diseases ranging from “pink eye” to glaucoma.  Dr. Storm participates in the InfantSEE Program, a public health initiative providing comprehensive eye and vision assessments to infants six to twelve months old at no cost.   Dr. Storm lives in Hilliard with his wife and two children.  He is an avid sports fan and loves to cook, especially using his backyard smoker.  

Dr. Todd E. Chontos

Dr. Chontos joined our practice in January, 2014. He did his undergraduate work at The Ohio State University and obtained his Doctor of Optometry degree from The Ohio State College of Optometry in 1987. He also obtained a Master’s Degree in Physiological Optics from The Ohio State Graduate School in 1987. He graduated cum laude and was a member of the Beta Sigma Kappa Honor Society. He brings over 26 years of experience in primary care optometry to the practice. Dr. Chontos has resided in Pickerington for 25 years with his wife, Amy. His children, Katie and Kyle, are graduates of Pickerington High School North. He enjoys spending time with his family and supporting the Reds, Bengals and Buckeyes.

Dr. Jaclyn M. Paskiet

Pickerington Eyecare is well known for being at the forefront of eye care services, eyewear products, and technology. Dr. Paskiet will continue this tradition by expanding our pediatric eye care services with comprehensive eye exams for patients as young as 6 months of age and specialty evaluations for learning-related vision disorders. Dr. Paskiet joined the Pickerington Eyecare team in 2013. She graduated with honors from The Ohio State University College of Optometry and was an active member of her class participating in several optometric organizations such as EYE (epsilon psi epsilon), Sigma Kappa honor society, and COVD local student liaison. Since graduation Dr. Paskiet supports local and national optometric associations such as American Optometric Association (AOA), Ohio and Central Ohio Optometric Association (OOA & COOA), and College of Optometrists in Vision Development (COVD). Dr. Paskiet also participates in the InfantSEE program, a no-cost comprehensive eye exam for your infant aged 6-12 months, and local Realeyes programs dedicated to teaching school aged children the importance of caring for their eyes and vision to ensure a lifetime of great sight. Dr. Paskiet is an Ohio native but grew up in Iowa completing her undergraduate work at St. Ambrose University in Davenport, Iowa. Since being back in Ohio Dr. Paskiet enjoys rooting for the Buckeyes with her husband and sons, attending Beechwold Christian church, and cooking for family and friends. Dr. Paskiet is excited to be a member of the Pickerington Eyecare team which strives to deliver excellent eye care to every member of your family. She is currently accepting patients of all ages at our new Pickerington Eyecare location and soon opening Performance Vision Academy in a separate wing of our building for vision therapy programs.
